No recording yet for replay-theater. The repository README has the details.
Before you install
A mod is not sandboxed. It runs inside Claude Code with your permissions. This one:
- can read Edit arguments and existing files before supported writes
Check it yourself before running it: git clone https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code-playground && claude plugin validate ./ · Apache-2.0 licensed
Install
git clone https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code-playground.git
cd claude-code-playground/claude-code/mods && claude plugin marketplace add ./
claude plugin install replay-theater@claude-code-playground-mods --scope user
Then run /replay inside the session.

What changes after installation
After a turn containing edits, /replay opens a step-through view of file, tool, added and removed lines, and a compact diff. Previous and next controls let you review the sequence rather than one combined change.
Edit, Write and MultiEdit are supported; a multi-edit becomes several steps. Recording does not block or delay the original calls.
Good to know
This is an official sample shared as-is, not a persistent audit log. Large writes have simplified diffs and some interface fallbacks are untested. It can compete with other sample mods for the band above the prompt.
