What changes after installation

After a normal answer, the mod schedules one compaction at approximately fifty minutes of inactivity. A transcript line tells you when it will happen, and a later line reports cache readback from the compaction.

Sending a message, ending the session or compacting through another route cancels the timer.

Good to know

The schedule assumes a one-hour prompt cache and is unsuitable as a five-minute-cache strategy. A sleeping machine can push the timer outside its accepted window, in which case it skips. Use it only if you are comfortable with automatic loss of detailed context in exchange for a smaller returning session.
