Before you install

A mod is not sandboxed. It runs inside Claude Code with your permissions. This one:

  • can read Agent events
  • can read tool names and short prompt excerpts
  • can write Pane visibility preference

Check it yourself before running it: git clone https://github.com/Charlie0113-T/claude-agent-flow && claude plugin validate ./ · Apache-2.0 licensed

Install

claude plugin marketplace add Charlie0113-T/claude-agent-flow
claude plugin install agent-flow@claude-agent-flow

Then run /flow inside the session.

Needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or later. After installing, run /reload-plugins if the session was already open. Full install guide

What changes after installation

Run /flow to open a live tree of the session’s subagents. Each row shows status, elapsed time, current tool activity and approval waits. Expanding a row reveals model, mode, recent calls, token counts and an agent identifier.

/flow text prints the same information into the transcript. The pane can open automatically on a wide terminal when the first agent starts.

Good to know

The full tree needs a wide interactive terminal. Narrow sessions show a reduced inline view, while unsupported interfaces use text output. The mod does not call a model to build its display; usage figures come from session events.
