Before you install
A mod is not sandboxed. It runs inside Claude Code with your permissions. This one:

Install

Needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or later. After installing, run
/reload-plugins if the session was already open.

What changes after installation
The forecast moves from Clear through Cloudy and Storm to Compact soon as the window fills. It also shows tokens used, a chart of recent turns and the direction of the latest change.
The figures come from Claude Code’s own usage data after a main-conversation turn. History stays in memory.
Good to know
The marketplace lives in the clone’s claude-code/mods folder, not its root. Keep the clone in place because the installed marketplace refers to that path. The forecast uses the full window rather than the lower auto-compaction threshold and updates between turns, not continuously during one.
