What quota-meter looks like in use
No recording yet for quota-meter. The repository README has the details.
Before you install
A mod is not sandboxed. It runs inside Claude Code with your permissions. This one:
- can read Plan usage percentages and reset times
- can write A bounded local history of usage samples
Check it yourself before running it: git clone https://github.com/Arunjay4213/claude-mods && claude plugin validate ./ · Not stated licensed
Install
claude plugin marketplace add Arunjay4213/claude-mods
claude plugin install quota-meter@claude-mods
Then run /quota inside the session.
Needs Claude Code 2.1.287 or later. After installing, run
/reload-plugins if the session was already open.

What changes after installation
A pinned line keeps the five-hour and seven-day percentages visible, with reset timing and a projection based on recent pace. /quota opens a fuller pane with bars, burn rates and the measurement span.
Samples persist across restarts so the current window does not have to rebuild its rate history from zero.
Good to know
The seven-day projection takes much longer to establish than the five-hour one. Reset detection discards older samples when percentages fall or reset times move. The figures are plan limits, not context usage or a direct dollar meter.
